How To Keep Healthy!

Well Most Of You Myt Have Black Eyes!
Well Nothing To Be Ashamed Of Cos I Got Tips To Help You Look Glamrous Again! ^^)
First Sleep Well Have Atleast 11 Hours Sleep Normally Your Suppose To Have 10 Hours As A School Kid Though!
Try And Sleep Around 9 Or 10 The Latest!
Any Later Myt Get Your Eyes Even Worse Than It Was! O.O

Secondly Drink Lots Of Water!
It Help Your Body Not Go Dehydrated And Your Skin Look Healthy And Not Weak And Dry!
Having Weak Skin Isnt Good And No I'm Not Talkin About How Strong You Are, You Should Have Healthy Looking Skin To Be Fresh And Clean!
You Have To Drink Water Not To Be Dehydrated Which ISNT A Good Sign! 0-0"

Thirdly Get Cucumbers!
You Must Be Thinkin WHAT THE?!
Well Dont Be Daft You Are Going To USE THem!
Cut Your Cucumbers (Slices) And Then Just Put Them Over Your Eyes For I Fink 15 Min!
You Can Also DO This With Potatoe Slices If You Dont Like Cucumbers ;D

Btw This Is Info From The Internet And You Can Always Be Free And Check Them Out On Yt Or Google If They Work Or Not I Will Defo Do The Water And Sleep One!
If It Also Helps You Why Not Draw Out A Chart For The Times You DO Stuff Like Wake Up Play And Sleep And Obz Eat!
